PinkLotta's Story

I never imagined that my six-year-old daughter’s love for beauty would become the inspiration for my career. Every time I did my nails, she would excitedly hop onto my lap and carefully pick the color of the day: a soft pink, a fresh mint green, or a bold, confident red. The joy radiating from her face made me realize that beauty brings her not just happiness, but also the courage to express herself.

However, one day, I started wondering: Are these nail products really safe, especially for such a young user like her? After digging deeper, I was shocked to discover that many nail products contain harmful ingredients that could pose risks to health and are not eco-friendly. I immediately realized that beauty should not come at the cost of health or the environment.

Thus, PinkLotta was born. We believe that beauty should be carefree. Every bottle of PinkLotta nail polish is formulated with safe, eco-friendly ingredients and undergoes rigorous testing. Our product line is rich in colors, from gentle nudes to vibrant, bold shades, offering the perfect choice for every personality and occasion. We want each user to courageously express themselves through the colors on their fingertips.

  • Personality Traits: Gina possesses strategic thinking and forward-looking market insights, bringing passion and innovation to her role. She is dependable and decisive, with strong leadership and management skills. She always carries a small notebook to jot down ideas and enjoys reading business classics, particularly The Innovator’s Dilemma. During lunch, she frequently reads tech news on her phone to stay sharp on industry trends. In life, she values simplicity—her office is almost devoid of unnecessary items. Known for her results-driven attitude, she ensures each day’s tasks are completed by the end of the day.
  • Gina met a small-volume customer from Germany at a Cosmoprof Italy. The two chatted briefly, but she found that the other party was very concerned about environmentally friendly materials. After returning to the company, Gina organized a cross-departmental meeting, customized an environmentally friendly packaging solution for this customer, and personally wrote a handwritten letter and mailed it to Europe. In the letter, she shared PinkLotta’s environmental vision and brand story. After receiving the letter, the customer was very moved and gradually increased from a tentative small order to a large-volume purchase. Now he has become a VIP customer of PinkLotta.

Ethan Mai-Chief Technology Officer

  • Responsibilities: Manages product R&D and production optimization, leading the R&D team in enhancing product innovation and environmental responsibility while upholding PinkLotta’s high-quality standards. Oversees the development of new products, ensuring they align with the latest industry technology and market needs.
  • Personality Traits: Technically skilled, detail-oriented, and highly innovative, with a practical and organized approach. His excellent leadership abilities drive technical breakthroughs. Passionate about hands-on work, he frequently stays in the lab until 9 p.m., fine-tuning new formulations. In his free time, he enjoys building models—his bookshelf is lined with miniature machines he’s assembled himself. He also loves playing with his son, taking apart toys together and carefully putting them back together.
  • After receiving feedback from a Japanese nail salon chain, the CTO learned that their customers were sensitive to the smell of nail polish, which affected their in-store experience. So he and the R&D team worked overtime overnight, and after weeks of repeated testing, they developed a low-odor, environmentally friendly formula. To ensure the effectiveness of the formula, he personally flew to Japan with samples to try out the products in the customer’s store and make on-site adjustments. The customer was very surprised to see PinkLotta’s dedication and professionalism, and decided to designate the company’s products as a core supplier for the chain store. The order volume increased from the original monthly purchase of 200 bottles to 5,000 bottles, making it one of PinkLotta’s most important partners.

  • Responsibilities: Manages product planning and development, from market research and customer feedback to product design, formula innovation, and aesthetics. Ensures each new product aligns with the PinkLotta brand, offering users a unique experience.
  • Personality Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, and patient, with a keen market insight. She is a perfectionist, skilled in communication, and adept at balancing client needs with technical constraints. In life, she has a strong dedication to detail—even her coffee is custom-mixed to find the ideal flavor. On outings, she enjoys photography, capturing fashion elements and color pairings for inspiration to infuse fresh ideas into product design. Her friends often say she has an “eye for stories,” always able to find beauty in ordinary things.
  • When Maya was developing the “temperature-changing nail glue”, she received feedback from a fashion blogger and manicurist who wanted to try a special temperature effect. She quickly contacted the other party, learned about their needs in detail, and designed a custom color card within a week, along with a creative design manual. After trying it, the blogger shot several videos, which quickly became a hot topic on social media. The blogger then recommended PinkLotta products to her nail salon chain, which quickly placed a large order and became a loyal customer of the brand. The product manager also regularly follows up on their new product needs to ensure that the chain always has the latest innovative products

Alex Tang- Chief Operating Officer

  • Responsibilities: Manages daily operations, including production, supply chain, and logistics, ensuring efficient production and timely delivery. Coordinates collaboration between departments, ensuring each phase aligns with PinkLotta’s standards.
  • Personality Traits: Highly organized and efficient, detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, skilled in cross-departmental communication, and excellent at management and organization. His kitchen and shoe rack at home are organized by color and type, and he labels each spice jar with a different color. He starts his day with a morning jog to clear his mind and has a “stress ritual” for urgent projects—a deep breath and a sip of hot coffee to quickly get into the zone. Known as the “Master of Calm,” he maintains composure in critical moments and finds quick solutions. He’s also skilled at organizing company gatherings, accommodating everyone’s preferences and earning the title of “Peacemaker” among family and friends.
  • Alex received an urgent order from a large customer, who required the delivery of 10,000 bottles of nail polish within two weeks for a year-end promotion. To ensure on-time delivery, he adjusted the production line and optimized the logistics plan, and even tracked every production link personally. When working overtime at night, he would send an update message to the customer to report on the progress. After the successful delivery of this order, the customer was deeply impressed by PinkLotta’s efficiency and reliability, and immediately increased the annual order volume by three times, and chose PinkLotta as the preferred supplier for future orders. At gatherings with friends, he’s known for keeping the atmosphere lively and is the “life of the party.” He’s often described as someone whose presence is known before he’s seen. On business trips, he brings personalized gifts for clients and remembers to send handwritten holiday cards to key clients, a thoughtful touch that makes him both professional and personable.
  • Daniel met a small nail salon chain client at a Cosmoprof America exhibition. The client liked PinkLotta’s products very much, but because the products were new and lacked popularity, sales were not going well. After learning about the client’s predicament, Daniel took the initiative to provide multiple supports: First, he designed a unique promotion for the client, including new customer discounts and color matching recommendations to increase customer interest. Then, he helped the client develop a social media promotion plan, personally participated in the planning and shooting of renderings for online promotion, and provided a batch of trial packs for customers to experience for free. At the end of the first quarter, Daniel also conducted a market analysis to help the client identify the best-selling colors and seasonal demand product combinations, and gradually optimize the product line.

  • Personality Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable, skilled in teamwork and cross-departmental communication, with a unique eye for strategic thinking and brand building. Her home resembles a mini art gallery, with each decoration and piece of furniture carefully selected and arranged to reflect her unique style. She loves using seasonal themes to decorate her home, arranging floral displays on the dining table in spring and adding warm lights in winter. In her daily life, she enjoys discussing aesthetic and design details with people, sparking new ideas in conversation. Her dedication to detail extends to her personal style—each accessory is meticulously chosen, almost as if she’s building her own brand image. Friends often say, “She’s her own brand ambassador.”
